Art Group America is a Delaware corporation founded in 1993 and is composed of 12 independently owned art material retailers located throughout North America. Its' purpose is threefold.

1. To exchange ideas on the state of the industry and how to better run our individual businesses.

2. The negotiation of improved purchasing terms for items that we sell.

3.The production of shared marketing pieces to achieve high quality results at reasonable costs.

AgA members have a combined total of 45 retail stores with annual sales exceeding $100,000,000. The stores operated by our companies span the continent including these major metropolitan areas: Albuquerque, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boulder, Buffalo, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Colorado Springs, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, Minneapolis, Nashville, Palo Alto, Richmond, Rochester, Sacramento, Saint Louis, San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Fe, Toronto, Vancouver, Washington DC and suburbs. AgA members meet at least three times per year to exchange ideas and plan our activities.
